Please watch this walkthrough on how to log in to our virtual event platform:

Can’t Find the Link?

These are the possible reasons you can’t find the email/link:

  • You checked another email. Please check the email you or your company registered for the event.
  • Your email address was misspelled. The email address registered to us could have a typo or spelling error.
  • It went to your spam folder. Unlikely, but you can check. Better yet, just search “Airmeet” in your email account.
  • It’s in your Promotions or Social tab. It’s possible it’s there, so please check.

Still no email from Airmeet? Call or text our support hotline at 0945-5973420.

Notes:

  • If you only see the landing page, it means the event is not yet live. We will go live on Monday morning. But you can check out the sessions, speakers, and sponsors.
  • On the event day, go back to the same email from Airmeet and click the same link. You’ll go straight to the virtual lobby where the action begins.
  • For those with hybrid tickets, check in using the QR code in your email when you go to Marriott Grand Ballroom on Monday. You can use the same QR code or the unique link below the QR code to log in to the virtual platform.

Hybrid vs. Virtual/Online Tickets

Depending on your ticket type (Hybrid or Virtual), you will get a different email (video is for a sample event):

Reminders for Hybrid Ticket Holders

Some things to remember:

  • Venue: Marriott Grand Ballroom, Newport Blvd, Pasay. View Google Map.
  • Date and Time: Oct. 24, 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Check in: Get in early to avoid the crowd. Registration opens at 8:00am. Just show your QR code from Airmeet for scanning (and ID as backup).
  • Attire: business casual
  • Meals: lunch and snacks are included in your ticket.
  • Complimentary parking: not included in your ticket. Parking slots are available in Marriott Grand Ballroom parking and in surrounding establishments.
  • Digital certificate of attendance: for hybrid and virtual ticket holders available only upon request after the event. Email register@softcon.ph.
  • Recordings and presentation slides: available to hybrid and virtual ticket holders on the virtual platform after the event.
  • Official receipt: Please email gdocdocil@tangent.com.ph.
  • No show/refund: unfortunately, no refund for attendees who do not show up

Mobile App

Whether you’re a hybrid or virtual ticket holder, you can use the mobile app to watch sessions, participate in Q&As and polls, check the virtual booths, join networking tables, and chat with fellow attendees, including those online. You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
